Anthony Alford is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive leadership experience at Genesys since February 2014, where roles have included Senior Director, Director, Development Group Manager, and Team Lead. Prior to Genesys, Anthony worked at ChannelAdvisor from September 2000 to January 2014, holding positions such as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
