Leonardo Galvao has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Leonardo started their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at C.E.S.A.R., where they provided consulting services and managed a developer team. In 2001, they worked as a Process Engineer at Qualiti Software Processes and as a Publisher and Co-Founder of Java Magazine. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Editor-in-Chief of NetBeans Magazine at Sun Microsystems. Leonardo also worked as the Editor-in-Chief of ClubeDelphi Magazine from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, they joined Electoral Justice as a PMO Lead and Senior Developer and Analyst. Leonardo was responsible for various tasks, including Java web development, interaction with clients, and new technology research. Leonardo also held positions at Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Pernambuco - TRE/PE as a Federal Systems Analyst, QCon/InfoQ as a QCon Editorial Chair, and InfoQ Brasil as the Chief Editor. Finally, they have experience as a leader and contributor in the field of software development and technology publishing.
Leonardo Galvao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Leonardo attended the university from 1995 to 1998.
