Agata Kusztan

Agata Kusztan has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer and Project Manager at Infor since October 2018, and previously holding the role of Learning and Development Manager for the International Region as well as EMEA & APAC Training Delivery Lead. Prior experience includes positions at UBS from January 2016 to August 2018 focused on Learning and Development, and at EY from March 2015 to December 2015 as a Sectors Content Advisor and Supervising Associate in EY Knowledge. Agata's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included Knowledge Management Lead for Training and Onboarding, Process Training Leader for the EMEA region, and HR Specialist, spanning from June 2009 to March 2015. Agata holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw and has pursued additional education at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław and Uniwersytet SWPS.
