Cherie Thayer

Cherie Thayer, BSIBA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and solution consulting. Currently serving as Senior Solution Director for Global People Solutions at Infor since March 2011, Cherie leads strategic initiatives in solution direction, enhancements, and global team enablement, while managing demo environments and product readiness. Prior roles include Solution Director and Principal HCM Solution Consultant at Infor, as well as Human Resources Strategic Solution Consultant and Senior Implementation Consultant at ADP. Cherie’s career began at BIOTRONIK as a Senior Human Resources Professional, following earlier positions in administration and bookkeeping. Cherie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Alliant International University, complemented by a certification in Management of Human Resources from Portland State University.
