Iris Wong serves as the Vice President of Corporate Operations at Infor since March 2020, driving key corporate initiatives aligned with the company’s global strategy and overseeing significant change leadership efforts. Achievements include the development of Infor’s Global Strategy Map, implementation of a Decision-Making Framework training for top leaders, and advancements in organizational alignment and cultural change. With prior experience as a Senior Director of Corporate Operations at Infor and a Senior Program Manager at Mimecast, Iris has a solid background in managing cross-functional programs, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing customer experience. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studies at the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France.
