Rayan Arab is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager and Head of Business Development at Infor, where they lead a team of 4 Managers and 35 Business Development Representatives across various regions. Rayan possesses strong analytic, communication, and leadership skills, complemented by fluency in Arabic and English and basic Spanish. Previously, they held several roles within Infor, managing teams and driving business development efforts across diverse markets. Rayan has also worked in research and coaching, demonstrating a well-rounded background in both analytical and interpersonal capacities. They hold multiple Master's degrees in Business Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, and International Business, as well as a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut.
