Ryan Rogers

Ryan Rogers serves as the Vice President of Infor, leading business operations and Go-to-Market strategies for the Compass division since January 2021. With a focus on North and Latin American business operations, Ryan oversees support for over 8,000 customer site accounts across more than 100 software product lines. Prior to this role, Ryan held multiple assistant director positions at the City of Dallas from 2008 to January 2021, overseeing more than 100 employees and managing a $20 million budget. Ryan's earlier experience includes serving as a Budget Manager, responsible for significant revenues and expenditures of the city, along with roles in budget analysis and business analysis at the City of Topeka and City of Ozark. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a degree in City Planning from Missouri State University.
