INFO-RAC was mandated to establish a common information management infrastructure to facilitate and support information and communication activities across Mediterranean Action Plan in the Barcelona Convention. This includes both communication (spreading UNEP-MAP news, raise awareness in citizens and stakeholders on environmental themes of Mediterranean importance, activities and outcomes) and the building of an even more efficient, open source and FAIR thecnological infrastructure for MAP products.
