Kelly Lima has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Kelly started their career with Transnacional.com in 2003 as an Analista Comercial, where they were responsible for sales of advertising spaces for various products. Kelly then joined Grupo Intermodal in 2005 as an Analista Comercial. In 2008, Kelly joined UBM Brazil - Intermodal South America as an Executiva de Vendas until 2013. Kelly later became a Key Account Manager at UBM Brazil from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as a Key Account Manager at Informa Markets Brasil since 2019.
Kelly Lima obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universiade Cruzeiro do Sul - Unicsul in the years 2002 to 2005. Kelly then pursued further education and recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Vendas, Negociação e Resultado de Alta Performance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in the years 2021 to 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Kelly also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in areas such as The Power of Stories in the Context of Sales, Creating a Culture of Self-Responsibility, Cultivating a Growth Mindset, Development of Competitive Strategy, Fundamentals of Sales, Unconscious Biases in Decision Making, and Powerful Questioning for Sales. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn and were completed between July and December 2020.
