Marina Brait Cappi has a strong background in business development and sales management within the exhibition and telecommunications industries. Marina started their career as a Business Development Executive at IBC do Brasil in 2000, where they managed various telecom events in Brazil, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the USA. Marina also successfully prospect sponsors for events in the Latin America region. In 2007, Marina joined Provisuale (later acquired by Informa Global Exhibitions) as a Sales Manager, where they focused on selling sponsorship, merchandising, and exhibitions for the Futurecom telecom event in Brazil. Marina established key contacts with major companies in the telecommunications industry in Brazil and abroad. Marina then moved on to Informa Exhibitions Brasil, where they held various roles such as Head of Sponsorship & Exhibition and Sales Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing sponsorship teams, planning and implementing action plans, and building relationships with marketing directors of large companies in various sectors. Marina's experience includes strategic management, P&L, innovation, upselling, and strong content development.

Marina Brait Cappi began their education in 1996 and graduated in 1999 from Faculdade Cásper Líbero with a Bachelor's degree in Relações Públicas, Publicidade e Comunicação Aplicada. In 2018, they attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa for a short period to pursue a degree in Gestão de Vendas, focusing on Vendas, Merchandising e Marketing.

Additionally, Marina has obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2022, they completed the Informa Ignite - Data Driven Journey - Green Belt certification. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Introdução ao Marketing Digital from Escola Conquer, as well as certifications in Inteligência Emocional and Virtual Events Institute Professional Advanced from Escola Conquer and Virtual Events Institute - VEI, respectively. In 2020, Marina achieved the Social Selling Foundations certification, as well as certifications in Social Selling Foundations: Using Content to Drive Engagement, Social Selling with LinkedIn, and Webinars for Lead Gen, all from LinkedIn. In 2019, they completed the Como Dar Feedback aos Funcionários certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, Marina obtained certifications in Sales Coaching, Asking Great Sales Questions, and Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn in 2018.
