Chantelle Wilkinson is a seasoned operations and customer success professional with a strong background in event management and client engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Executive at Informa Markets since October 2022, Chantelle previously held positions at Hyve Group plc as Community Manager for Bett, and at the Virtual Events Institute as Customer Success and Delegate Experience Manager. Chantelle's expertise includes managing e-learning systems and client relationships, along with extensive experience in the Cannes Lions portfolio of events at Ascential, where project management and logistical coordination were key responsibilities. Educationally, Chantelle holds a BA Hons in Fashion Promotion & Creative Marketing from the University for the Creative Arts.
