Charleene Tom is an experienced conference producer at Informa Tech, having held the position since June 2022. Prior roles include a delivery driver for popular restaurants and takeaways while studying for degrees, and a Covid-19 mobile test site general operative with the NHS, where communication and adaptability skills were enhanced.
