Rebecca Smith is an experienced professional in project management and event coordination with a strong background in lean methodologies. Currently serving as a Lean Project Manager at Informa Tech since May 2017, Rebecca oversees the end-to-end delivery of various lean projects, achieving significant savings. Previously, as a Business Process Improvement Analyst, Rebecca managed multiple projects to specific KPIs using lean tools and change management. Earlier roles include Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, with expertise in budgeting and stakeholder management for large-scale events. Rebecca's career began in event management at OsneyMedia, along with foundational experiences in hospitality and customer service at The Kings Oak Hotel and Bath Coffee Company. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Bath Spa University.
