Jason Liang

Jason Liang is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and auditing. Currently serving as a Group FP&A Analyst at Informa since January 2024, Jason is involved in financial modeling and strategic planning for a FTSE 50 company. Prior to this role, Jason worked as an M&A Analyst at DealGlobe, where responsibilities included cross-border deal execution and financial modeling, with a focus on various sectors including healthcare and technology. Jason also has experience as a Senior Associate in M&A Deals Advisory at PwC and served as a Senior Auditor at EY, leading audit engagements for publicly listed companies. Jason holds a Master of Science in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Economics, from Sun Yat-sen University.
