Ross Cansick

Ross Cansick is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Group Financial Controller at Informa since September 2025, Cansick previously held the position of Group Technical Accounting Director at WPP, where responsibilities included developing the Group Accounting Policy Manual and managing complex accounting transactions. Additional experience includes leading the Group Financial Reporting team at Pret A Manger, heading the External Reporting team at Secret Escapes, and maintaining accounting standards at Virgin Media.
