Stuart Poyser serves as Group Director of Corporate Development at Informa, overseeing global corporate development activities including strategy, origination, execution, and integration since March 2015. Additionally, Stuart holds positions as an Investment Committee Member at Informa Ventures and as a Board Member at Curinos, along with serving as a Board Observer for Endeavor Business Media. Prior to the current roles, Stuart worked as a Director at Citi from July 1999 to March 2013, focusing on media and entertainment clients in Europe and advising on over $70 billion in M&A transactions and $3 billion in equity financing. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
