Melissa Kearns

Melissa Kearns is the current Director of Client Success at SJV. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Compliance at Convergence Research from September 2013 to April 2021. Melissa has also worked as a Sales Agent at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield from December 2009 to August 2013. During their time at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, they were able to successfully work in conjunction with other departments to establish new customers. Melissa is known for their exceptional customer service skills and for providing client-centered services to help establish new businesses. Melissa is also known for creating, organizing, tracking, and maintaining records for all business conducted in a self-created excel format that was adopted by department peers and leadership.
