Akshay Kashyap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and business development. Currently serving as a Principal and Senior Customer Success Manager at Informatica since March 2018, Akshay has been instrumental in establishing the Digital Customer Success Manager team in North America and driving adoption of emerging products on a global scale. Prior to Informatica, Akshay worked at Talend as a Partner Success Manager, focusing on building relationships in the ASEAN, ANZ, and India regions, and at MetricStream as an Account Manager, aiding clients in risk management through the GRC tool.
