Arun Mukherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global customer support and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support for EMEA and Latin America at Informatica since August 2004, Arun has held positions including Senior Director and Senior Manager within the same domain. Prior experience includes roles at Business Objects as a Senior Support Engineer, Ericsson as an SAP R/3 Integration Consultant, and American Express Global Business Travel as a Technical Team Leader.
