Chevon Schweizer

Chevon Schweizer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and human resources across multiple companies and regions. Currently serving as a Principal Benefits Analyst at Informatica since October 2019, Chevon oversees benefits for over 200 employees in the APAC region and supports larger teams in India and DACH. Previous roles include Senior Benefits Analyst and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Informatica, where responsibilities included policy creation and personnel management. Prior experience includes positions at Allianz, Samsung Electronics, The Bank of New York Mellon, and Amnesty International, demonstrating a strong background in HR operations, compensation, and employee engagement.
