Andrew Holmes, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits analysis, currently serving as Principal Benefits Analyst at Tripadvisor since May 2016. In this role, Andrew partners with 22 international locations to enhance employee experience and ensure compliance with local regulations. Prior to Tripadvisor, Andrew worked at adidas Group as a Human Resources Specialist and Associate Benefits Analyst, focusing on employee engagement, compensation, benefits administration, and large-scale projects such as Open Enrollment. Earlier experience includes serving as H&B Client Analyst II at Mercer, managing client benefits plans and project schedules, and starting a career at Pinecroft Family Restaurant as an Ice-cream Engineer. Andrew holds a Human Resources certificate (PHR) and has studied at Bryant University, John Cabot University, and Curry College.
