Sanjeev H.

Sanjeev H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer retention and success management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Retention at Informatica since November 2017. Sanjeev leads a global team of 14 Customer Retention Managers focused on driving adoption and retaining subscription revenue for Informatica's software and hosted services. Prior to this, Sanjeev held various positions in customer success and sales at IBM, with roles that included managing large enterprise accounts and developing cloud and mobility software strategies. Sanjeev's career also includes start-up experience as an investor and partner at RUS Projects & Investments Co, alongside a side venture in content creation. Sanjeev holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a B. Tech in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
