Scott Taylor is the Board Chairman at The Information Accountability Foundation. Scott has over fifteen years of experience in the non-profit sector, most notably as the District Executive Director at the University Park YMCA. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a $11 million construction project and increasing membership from 850 units to 2800 units within three months.

Prior to their work at the University Park YMCA, Scott Taylor was the Executive Director of the Lake Anna YMCA, a $1.8 million facility with 42,000 square feet. Scott also oversaw the construction of the Wadsworth YMCA, which is expected to open in December of 2012. In addition to their work with YMCAs, Scott Taylor has also been responsible for the CitiCenter Athletic Club, a 25,000 square foot facility contracted with the City of Akron.

Scott Taylor has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans for each of the organizations they have worked with. Scott has also led an annual regional training event offering 10 YUSA Management Modules with 181 certifications. In their previous role at the Firestone Park Branch of the YMCA, they were able to turn a $40,000 deficit into surpluses totaling $246,000 within three years.
