Sheetal Sharma

Sheetal Sharma has over 18 years of diverse experience in various roles within the information technology and service sectors. Currently serving as the Overseas Coordinator for the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) since May 2018, Sheetal previously held multiple positions at WNS Global Services, including Assistant Manager and Lead Coach, after starting as an associate in 2012. Prior experience also includes roles at Doubletake Studios as a Customer Service Specialist and at Synechron as a Process Lead, where advancement from Sr. Associate to Lead occurred within three years. Sheetal began the professional journey at EXL as an Associate. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Commerce specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
