Board Governance

The Board Governance team at ICTC is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and adheres to best practices in governance. Comprising diverse members, including a Chair, Vice Chair, and various Board Members, the team focuses on policy development, risk management, and fostering accountability to stakeholders, while also mentoring and supporting leadership within the organization.
