Senior Change Consultant at Information Leadership

Curtis Goodwin is a seasoned professional in change management and IT support, currently serving as a Senior Change Consultant and Change Management Consultant at Information Leadership since March 2022. At Information Leadership, Curtis contributed to the development of the Change and Adoption Framework to improve workplace experiences. Prior to this role, at Computer Concepts Limited from June 2019 to March 2022, Curtis held positions as Transition Manager and Transition Specialist, focusing on governance and the implementation of Adoption Change Management strategies. Curtis gained experience as a Major Incident Manager and Monitoring and Response Engineer at Spark New Zealand from September 2017 to June 2019, overseeing major incident communications and utilizing the Scrum Framework for project management. Earlier career highlights include working at Aiscorp Ltd as Operations and Computer Support Technician, leading a significant wireless network upgrade project across educational clients, and also serving as an IT Contractor. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Sports and Exercise from Massey University.
