Grant Margison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. As Director and Co-Founder of Information Leadership since July 2004, Margison has been instrumental in enhancing organizational efficiency for over 200 clients, including government agencies and commercial entities in New Zealand. Prior to this, Margison co-owned Benmar Associates from 2001 to 2004, focusing on the intersection of technology and human factors, particularly in data analysis and asset management. Other notable roles include Chief Executive at the Centre for Enabling Leadership (NZ) Limited, where consulting on change management and leadership coaching was a primary focus, as well as Chief Executive at Calibra, part of the Southpower Group. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Business (Finance) and a BE in Engineering Science from the University of Auckland.
