Expertise encompasses SharePoint/Office 365 architecture, IT governance, business analysis, and project management, with a strong foundation in managing significant projects for organizations such as the New Zealand Ministry of Justice and The University of Auckland. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Arizona, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
