Sarah Heal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and leadership roles, currently serving as Director at Information Leadership since 2004. Previously, Sarah held the position of Data Intelligence Manager at Christchurch City Council from June 2003 to July 2004 and worked as Information Manager at Dunedin City Council from March 2000 to May 2003. Sarah's educational background includes a Customer Focused Innovation Executive Course from Stanford University in 2012, a Master of Arts with Distinction in Political Studies from the University of Otago (1992-1993), and a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in History and Political Studies from the University of Otago (1988-1992).
