Gareth Tapper has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gareth began their career at Capstone Financial, where they worked as a Paraplanner and later as a Private Wealth Manager from 2008 to 2013. Gareth then joined Euromoney Institutional Investor, where they held various roles such as Senior Account Manager for Digital Subscription Sales and Head of Sales for the Sovereign Wealth Fund Group. In these positions, Gareth was responsible for generating subscription and conference revenues, managing a sales and marketing support team, and reporting to senior executives. Currently, Gareth is the Vice President of Event Sponsorship Sales at Information Management Network (IMN). In this role, they manage sponsorship relationships for the Investment Management and FinTech divisions, selling bespoke sponsorship packages, inviting relevant speakers, cross-selling among conferences/sectors, launching new events, and maintaining client relationships.

Gareth Tapper has a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Exeter. Gareth also attended Croesyceiliog School.
