Matthew Hicks

Matthew Hicks is currently a Cyber Security Threat Analyst at Information Systems of Maryland. Matthew has previously worked as a Council Member for the CISO Advisory Council (ISSA CISO Executive Forum), a Senior Principal at Amtrak, and an Information Security Manager at MAXIMUS. Matthew has also served as Director of Information Security for Xerox State and Local Services and as a Senior Project Manager (Team Lead) for Dakota Consulting Incorporated.

Matthew Hicks has a Doctor of Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Matthew also has a Certificate in Six Sigma GreenBelt and Organizational Finance from Villanova University, and a Certificate in Finance from Villanova University. Matthew's undergraduate degree is a BS in Public Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from George Mason University. Matthew also has an AA in Art from Chowan College.
