Walter P. Brown, Jr. has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Walter P. started their career as a PC Support Technician at BASF in 2016, where they were involved in a PC Refresh Deployment Project. Walter P. later worked as a Field Services Engineer at Morgen Industries, Inc. in 2017. During this time, they gained experience in deploying and supporting field services.

In the same year, Walter joined Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange as an Atos EUC Technician, providing on-site tech support and optimizing hardware/software/networking configurations. Walter P. also worked as a Network Support Analyst at PC SOS, LLC, where they demonstrated expertise in Windows XP/7, MS Office, and remote control tools. Walter P. provided troubleshooting and support, maintained helpdesk support, and handled end user issues.
