Karina Shah is ITI’s Human Resources Generalist. She has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources across multiple industries including healthcare, information technology, government and non-profit. Prior to joining ITI, Karina worked at a well-established health and social wellness agency that provides services for some of the most vulnerable populations in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia area. Karina’s early experience varies from working for the small boutique staffing firms to supporting one of the largest talent management firms in the U.S.
