Esraa Hammad

Esraa Hammad is an accomplished ITI instructor at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in Egypt, focusing on business analysis and agile methodologies since January 2025. Concurrently, Esraa holds positions as a senior product owner at Bevatel and Unveels, overseeing product strategy and alignment with user needs in the e-commerce sector. Previously at ULTATEL, Esraa served as a project manager and product owner, delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing user experiences. Past experience also includes roles as a business analyst at ITI, subject matter expert at _VOIS, and international technical support advisor at VOIS Vodafone. Esraa began the career in sales management at Misr Emirates Takaful Life Insurance Co and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Alexandria University and a Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge.
