Erika Smith

Erika Smith has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, currently serving as a Production Support Specialist at Informative Research since November 2020. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Telephone Operator at the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services from March 2020 to November 2020. Erika also worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Credit Plus from May 2015 to February 2020, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills throughout these roles.
