David Lu is an experienced technology leader with a significant background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as an Advisor at Informed K12 since January 2022, David has previously held key positions including Head of Engineering at Point, where responsibilities included leading the engineering team and reporting directly to the CEO. As VP of Engineering at SimpleLegal, David managed the Product Development organization, overseeing product definition, design, and engineering. Prior roles include Senior Director of Engineering at Medallia, Manager of Engineering and QA at Xoom, and Lead Software Engineer at Kodak Easyshare Gallery. David holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is an alumnus of the Taipei American School.
