Currently serving as Co-Founder and Talent Sniper at Informica Solutions since July 2018, Amrit collaborates with the Founder & CEO to pioneer innovative talent recruitment strategies backed by scientific research. Prior to this role, Amrit held the position of Associate Director (Advisory) at Melstar Information Technologies Ltd., providing strategic advice on business development and HR processes. Amrit's career also includes significant roles such as AGM of Talent Acquisition at BOSS Cyber Securities Limited, Assistant Manager Recruitment at Ma Foi Randstad, Service Team Manager at Wipro BPS, and Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army. Amrit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Army Institute Of Management and a B.Com from Agra College.
