Jeff Chern

Jeff Chern has extensive work experience in customer support and services roles. Jeff started their career at HP as a Service Delivery Manager, where they oversaw service support operations for direct customers and channel partners. Jeff then joined Dell as an Enterprise Solution Manager, where they managed supplier alliances and coordinated with industry solution partners. Jeff also served as the Technical Account Manager and Head of Taiwan Professional Services at Dell, in charge of major enterprise customer services.

After that, Chern joined D-Link as a Sr. Manager of Global Services, where they led 15 OBU support teams and managed customer support operations, product quality management, and vendor management. At their next role at Infortrend as the Sr. Director of Global Customer Support & Services, they were responsible for leading all regional support teams, optimizing service support systems, managing product quality, and sourcing service suppliers. Jeff also achieved various accomplishments, including record-high customer satisfaction rates and successful growth of the service business.

Jeff Chern's education history begins in 1991 when they enrolled at National Sun Yat-Sen University. Jeff pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and completed their studies in 1995.

After obtaining their Bachelor's degree, Jeff attended the Microsoft Training Center in 1998. There, they earned the degree of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) with a focus on Microsoft Windows Server Operating System.

In 1999, Jeff continued their education at the HP (Compaq) Education Center, where they achieved the titles of Accredited System Expert (ASE) and Certified System Engineer (CSE) in the field of Enterprise System Management. Jeff completed their studies at the HP (Compaq) Education Center the following year.

In 2000, Jeff attended the Datacraft Networking Academy, where they obtained the Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) certification in Cisco Networking Essentials.

In 2003, Jeff enrolled in the Dell Education Center and successfully became a Dell Certified System Engineer (DCSE) with a specialization in Dell Enterprise System Management.

In 2004, they furthered their expertise at the Dell Education Center and acquired the Master Dell Certified System Expert - Dell|EMC degree, focusing on Dell|EMC Enterprise Storage System Management.

Jeff's education also extended beyond formal degrees and certifications. In June 2021, they received an Associate - PowerEdge Version 2.0 certification from Dell Technologies.
