Sheila Schiffman

Sheila Schiffman serves as the Head of Law - Americas at Continental since March 2025 and is also a member of the MobilityNEXT Executive Committee at Inforum. Prior to these roles, Sheila held various positions at Vitesco Technologies, including General Counsel for Global Commercial Law and Head of Integrity & Law - The Americas, where responsibilities included advising on legal topics, managing a multinational legal team, and overseeing commercial agreements and compliance. Earlier experience includes roles at Continental focusing on M&A activities and at Veyance Technologies, where Sheila handled corporate governance and prepared the company for sale. Sheila’s legal career began at Thompson Hine LLP, where skills in corporate transactions and governance were developed. Educational qualifications include a JD from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, an MPA from Cleveland State University, and a BS in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.
