They manage and support all customer-facing activities, from onboarding to technical assistance, ensuring high-level satisfaction and retention. The team collaborates closely with internal departments to address client needs, resolve issues swiftly, and provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to promote the successful deployment and maintenance of ISG’s cryptographic agility management platform.
