James Coker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career as a Shop Assistant at Wickes in 2006, where they worked until 2007. James then transitioned to the automotive industry and worked as an Accounts Assistant at Glyn Hopkin Group from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, James joined The European Medical Journal, initially as an Editorial Assistant and later became a Senior Editorial Assistant until 2020. During their time at The European Medical Journal, they also took on the role of Congress Reporter from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Reed Exhibitions as a Reporter and worked until 2022. Currently, James is serving as a Deputy Editor at Infosecurity Magazine, starting in July 2022. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in editorial roles, reporting, and assistant positions.
James Coker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Law from the University of Kent, completing their studies in 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Journalism from Birkbeck, University of London, which they attained in 2014.
