Uma Sindhuri Garlapati

Uma Sindhuri Garlapati is an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in developing data pipelines and processes using Pyspark, SQL, and Azure Data Factory. Currently employed at TD since December 2022, Garlapati collaborates with both on-shore and offshore teams to load and validate data in Azure Data Lake Storage and Synapse, while also creating reusable templates to enhance development efficiency. Previously, Garlapati worked at S&P Global from 2004 to 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining Databricks notebooks, overseeing data integration, and ensuring data quality across various projects. Garlapati holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Computer Application in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University.
