Prior experience includes Division Manager at Superior Hardwoods of Ohio, where business analysis and expansion into the wood flooring market were key responsibilities. As Director of the Board for the Jackson County Economic Development Board, Douglas led a $12 million operation and secured over $10 million in grants for infrastructure and environmental projects. Additional roles span from Planner III at the Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission, specializing in international trade, to sales positions at R.L. Polk UK Limited, Modern Woodmen of America, and PepsiCo. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Comprehensive Study in Business Training and Marketing Management from the University of Rio Grande.

The ViaLabel Division has grown exponentially over the last decade, producing traceable cartridges for the medical research and life science industries. The cartridges are produced on custom equipment and are only made by InfoSight.
