Joana Fontes Costa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joana currently works as a Business Analyst at Infosistema since 2022. Previously, they worked at Innovation Makers from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of Business Analyst & User Experience Strategist. Prior to that, Joana worked as a Management Consultant & Functional Analyst at AskBlue from 2014 to 2017. Joana also had a role as an Analyst of Planning and Management Control at Nors Group in 2014. In 2013, Joana worked as an Assistant Salesperson - Retail and later in the Sourcing field at Banco Popular Portugal from 2012 to 2013.

Joana Fontes Costa's education history begins in 2009 when they started studying at ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School. Joana pursued a degree in Gestão and completed their studies in 2012. In 2015, Joana attended INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education, where they pursued a Pós Graduação in Finanças, specializing in Corporate Finance. Their studies at INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education concluded in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Joana has obtained several certifications. Joana completed a Workshop de Service Design for Business at BUSIGNERS in May 2019. In 2013, Joana acquired knowledge about the Euro currency through courses offered by Banco de Portugal. Joana also obtained the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in the same year.
