Ziza Robalo

Ziza Robalo has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2009, they started their career as an Assistente de Marketing at FDTI . Fundação para a Divulgação das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Marktest as Estudos de Mercado. Ziza then moved to Smartbox, Portugal as a Júnior Product Manager for a short period from January 2011 to May 2011. Ziza also worked at Lifecooler as an Account Manager from July 2011 to October 2012. From February 2013 to January 2017, Ziza worked at Cherryblue - Hotéis 24 | Descontos.pt as a Digital Account Manager. Following this, they joined Carristur as a Key Account Manager for a brief period from March 2017 to May 2017. Ziza then joined Farmácia 24 as an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist in May 2017, where they worked until February 2022. Currently, Ziza is employed at Infosistema as a Digital Business Consultant starting from April 2022.

Ziza Robalo pursued their education in a chronological manner. Ziza first attended Universidade da Beira Interior from 1995 to 2003, where they completed their Conclusão do Ensino Secundário in the field of study Agrupamento 1. Following this, they pursued a Licenciatura in Marketing at the same institution from 2003 to 2007. Later, they obtained a Mestrado in Marketing - Comportamento de Compra do Consumidor from Universidade da Beira Interior, completing it in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Ziza Robalo also acquired several certifications. Ziza obtained a certification in Google Analytics com Google Tag Manager e Data Studio from Marco Gouveia - Digital Marketing Training & Consulting in February 2020. In November 2018, they acquired a certification in Web Copywriting from Lisbon Digital School. Prior to this, they obtained certifications in Google Shopping and Facebook & Instagram Ads from Lisbon Digital School in June and April 2018, respectively. Finally, in March 2018, they obtained a certification in Especialização Search Engine Marketing (SEM) from FLAG.
