Previous roles include Zonal Manager HR at Future Generali India Life Insurance Co and Regional HR Manager at MetLife, emphasizing impactful HR support and policy development. Bandaru holds an Executive General Management Program certificate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Generative AI at Golden Gate University.
