Rajesh Dugar

Rajesh Dugar has over 25 years of experience in data and analytics. Rajesh began their career in 1992 as a Senior Officer at Tata Steel, where they managed a team of 15 technicians in maintaining a 30 MW Diesel power plant. In 1996, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant and then a Principal Consultant. In 2002, they moved to IBM as a Managing Consultant. In 2006, they joined Infosys Technologies Limited as a Principal. In 2008, they joined IBM Global Business Services as an Associate Partner, where they sold and managed analytics consulting engagements for Public Sector clients. In 2018, they joined Infostellar Inc as Director of Data and Analytics, and also Luminus Analytics, LLC as a Principal, helping US Government clients modernize enterprise platforms for analytics, data management and core business processes.

Rajesh Dugar's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. From 1994 to 1996, they obtained an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with a focus on IT and Finance. Prior to that, they attended The Scindia School, Gwalior from 1982 to 1987, where they studied Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. Rajesh has also obtained additional certifications, such as a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in April 2019, an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in February 2017, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2006.
