Camila Louzada has a diverse range of experience spanning talent management, consulting, and event planning. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent at Infostrux Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Camila founded Criativo Consulting, where they provided talent consulting services to clients globally. Camila also worked at Olympic Broadcasting Services, where they managed broadcast logistics operations during the Olympic Games and assisted in the planning and delivery of support services. Additionally, Camila worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Wave HQ, a Talent Consultant at the Digital Technology Supercluster, and a Consultant & Talent Programs Manager at BC Tech. Camila also held managerial positions at Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee, Vision Critical, and Vivonet, where they were involved in recruitment and HR operations.
