Colin Truncik

Colin Truncik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Colin is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at Infostrux Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Semios Technologies for a period of five years.

Colin's earlier work experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University Department of Physics, where they were involved in various tasks such as performing microwave measurements, developing measurement techniques, and assisting in lab operations. Colin also worked as a Research Assistant at D-Wave Systems Inc. before that. Additionally, Colin gained practical experience as a Co-op student at EaglePicher Energy Products Corp.

Throughout their career, Colin has demonstrated expertise in data engineering, data science, research, and laboratory operations.

Colin Truncik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Simon Fraser University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2006. Colin then pursued a higher level of education and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from the same institution, completing their research and studies from 2008 to 2016.
