Nicola Newitt

Nicola Newitt currently serves as General Counsel and Data Protection Officer at InfoSum, a position held since February 2022, following roles as Director of Legal and Senior Privacy and Product Counsel. Prior to joining InfoSum, Nicola was Legal Manager (Privacy) at Bupa Global from September 2021 to February 2022, and held various positions at Bupa from March 2017 to September 2021, including Senior Legal Advisor (Privacy) and Legal Advisor. Nicola's legal career began at Slaughter and May as an Associate in Projects and Construction from September 2015 to October 2016, after completing a Trainee Solicitor position at Pinsent Masons between September 2013 and August 2015, which included experience in Tax Litigation, Construction and Engineering, and Property Dispute Resolution. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from King's College London and completed the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at The College of Law in 2011 and 2008 respectively.
